Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) cubed beef sirloin tip steak
1 medium white onion
2 Tablespoon(s) Brummel & Brown spread
1 Can(s) golden mushroom soup
1 Cup(s) Merlot wine
Directions:
In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, sear beef on all sides. Stir in onion, and saute until golden brown. Add butter, mushroom soup and wine. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-60 minutes or until sauce is reduced.
