Grilled Herb Chicken
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil juice from one lemon
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Whisk together all ingredients except the chicken.
- Coat chicken in sauce and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken until fully cooked.
- Allow chicken to rest for 3-4 minutes prior to eating.
