- Dutch oven
- Large pot
- 2 lbs cubed beef sirloin tip steak
- 1 white onion
- 2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown spread
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup Merlot wine
- 1 package egg noodles
- In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, sear beef on all sides.
- Stir in onion, and saute until golden brown.
- Add butter, mushroom soup and wine.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-60 minutes or until sauce is reduced.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
