Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs cubed beef sirloin tip steak
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown spread
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Merlot wine
  • 1 package egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, sear beef on all sides.
  • Stir in onion, and saute until golden brown.
  • Add butter, mushroom soup and wine.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30-60 minutes or until sauce is reduced.
  • Serve over cooked egg noodles.
