Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 2 cans chopped clams
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup white cooking wine
  • 1/3 cup chopped basil leaves
  • 1 lb linguine
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion in olive oil.
  • Add minced clams, minced garlic, wine, and basil.
  • Simmer sauce until it thickens.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese.
  • In large pot, cook linguine until al dente; drain and put in large bowl.
  • Pour sauce onto pasta; stir; serve hot.
