Stir together the yeast, water, and sugar and let sit for five minutes
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and olive oil
While mixing, add in the yeast mixture to the mixing bowl
Mix the dough thoroughly. The dough should be slightly tacky but should not stick to your hands. If it is too dry or crumbly, add hot water and/or olive oil a teaspoon at a time until the dough has the right texture.
Remove the dough from the bowl, lightly oil the mixing bowl with olive oil, and return the dough to the bowl
Cover the dough and let rise for at least one hour
Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-14 minutes; cut and serve
