1 Tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 Cup(s) chopped white onion
1 Pound(s) ground beef
2 Can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 Can(s) milk
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/2 Package(s) egg noodles
Saute onion in butter.
Add ground beef; brown and drain grease.
Add mushroom soup, milk (1 1/2 mushroom soup cans full of milk), salt, and pepper.
Stir well, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Cook egg noodles.
Serve beef mixture on top of egg noodles.
