1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) black pepper
5 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 Teaspoon(s) butter
6 chicken breast
2 Tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 1/2 Cup(s) chicken broth
2 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
Combine flour, salt, and pepper on a plate.
Set aside 2T of the mixture.
Heat olive oil and butter in skillet.
Coat chicken in flour mixture and cook 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
Add minced garlic to empty skillet and cook for 1 minute.
Add reserved flour mixture; stir.
Add chicken broth and lemon juice; stir.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
Spoon sauce onto chicken, and serve.
