1/2 Cup(s) ranch dressing
1/2 Cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 Cup(s) bacon bits
2 Pound(s) small red potato
1 Tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix ranch dressing, cheese, and bacon bits in large bowl.
Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Spoon potatoes into baking dish; cover.
Bake at 350°F 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
