1/4 Cup(s) dijon mustard
1/4 Cup(s) evaporated milk
1/4 Cup(s) bread crumbs
1/4 Cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
6 chicken breast
Preheat oven to 475F.
Spray 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine mustard and evaporated milk in shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into mustard mixture, coating both sides, then into bread crumb mixture. Place in prepared pan.
Bake at 475F for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
