2 Tablespoon(s) chopped white onion
1/4 Cup(s) butter
1/4 Cup(s) flour
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1 Dash(s) black pepper
1 1/2 Cup(s) milk
2 Cup(s) cheddar cheese
1/2 Pound(s) diced cooked ham
Preheat oven to 350F.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Boil potatoes 10 minutes or until soft.
In large pot, saute onions in butter.
In small mixing bowl, blend flour, salt, dry mustard, and pepper.
Add mixture to onions and butter.
Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
Add cheddar cheese until melted.
Add cooked potato slices and ham.
Pour mixture into 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
